Warmer Weather
Offers Great Chance to Improve Heart Health.
Longer days and warmer
temperatures are coming. There’s no better time to get outside and exercise.
And while jogging, cycling and other activities are great for your heart,
walking is still one of the best ways to lose weight, lower your blood
pressure, shrink your waistline, and improve your overall heart health.
Walking is a great exercise for many reasons, it’s low impact, you don’t need
expensive equipment and just about everyone can do it. Walking for 30 minutes
five times a week can have a significant, positive impact on your health.
