North Big Horn Hospital
Our History
Serving Generations of Care Since 1902
At North Big Horn Hospital District, we’ve been a trusted healthcare provider in the Big Horn Basin for over a century. Our story is rooted in service, shaped by community, and built on a deep commitment to advancing rural health. From humble beginnings in a log building to a modern healthcare facility offering a wide range of services, we’ve continued to grow alongside the people we serve.
