Sleep Lab at North Big Horn Hospital

Helping You Rest Easy, Right Here at Home

If you’re struggling with snoring, daytime fatigue, or trouble staying asleep, you’re not alone. Many people live with undiagnosed sleep disorders that impact their health and quality of life. At North Big Horn Hospital, our new Sleep Lab provides comprehensive in-lab sleep studies to help you—and your provider—find answers.

What Is a Sleep Study?

A sleep study (polysomnography) is a non-invasive, overnight test that monitors your breathing, oxygen levels, heart rate, brain waves, and body movements while you sleep. These results help identify conditions that may be interfering with your rest.

Common Conditions We Evaluate:

  • Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)

  • Insomnia

  • Restless Leg Syndrome

  • Nocturnal Hypoventilation or Hypoxemia

  • Other causes of poor sleep or excessive daytime sleepiness

  • Why Choose NBHH's Sleep Lab?

  • Fast Scheduling – Studies scheduled within days of a referral

  • Convenient Location – No need to travel far for care

  • Comfortable Setting – Private, hotel-style sleep room

  • Trusted Coordination – Results are reviewed and sent directly to your referring provider

  • How to Get Started

The Sleep Lab is open for adult patients only at this time. A provider referral is required to schedule a sleep study.

If you believe you may benefit from a sleep evaluation, talk to your healthcare provider or call us for more information.
