Sleep Lab at North Big Horn Hospital
Helping You Rest Easy, Right Here at Home
If you’re struggling with snoring, daytime fatigue, or trouble staying asleep, you’re not alone. Many people live with undiagnosed sleep disorders that impact their health and quality of life. At North Big Horn Hospital, our new Sleep Lab provides comprehensive in-lab sleep studies to help you—and your provider—find answers.
What Is a Sleep Study?
A sleep study (polysomnography) is a non-invasive, overnight test that monitors your breathing, oxygen levels, heart rate, brain waves, and body movements while you sleep. These results help identify conditions that may be interfering with your rest.
Common Conditions We Evaluate:
Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)
Insomnia
Restless Leg Syndrome
Nocturnal Hypoventilation or Hypoxemia
Other causes of poor sleep or excessive daytime sleepiness
