Nestled at the foot of the beautiful Big Horn Mountains, New Horizons Care Center provides high-quality, compassionate long-term care for individuals who need a little extra support. With 85 resident beds, including a specialized Memory Care Unit, our facility offers a safe, welcoming environment designed to feel like home.

Visiting Guidelines

Visitors are welcome any time. For safety, facility doors are locked from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. To enter during these hours:

Ring the doorbell located to the right of the main entrance, or

Call the Care Center at (307) 548‑5229 to request entry

Residents may leave with loved ones at any time, as long as it is safe and within their ability. Please notify staff when signing out a resident.

Specialized Alzheimer's Unit

Our Alzheimer’s Unit, located on the second floor, offers:

23 secure-entry beds

A warm, home-like setting

A secure outdoor patio with mountain views

Daily activities tailored to memory care

Staff trained in dementia-specific care practices

This unit is designed for safety, comfort, and dignity, ensuring each resident receives the attentive, respectful care they deserve.
