Breast Cancer Awareness MonthOctober is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We recommend women 40 and older have annual mammograms. No referral is needed, schedule with our Radiology Department at 307 54-5245.
Free Clinic Breast ExamsAli Wagner, FNP and Brenda Arnett, FNP are offering free clinical breast exams on Friday October 20th & 27th. Call the NBHH Clinic at 307 548-5201 to schedule.
Coat DriveCollection boxes for new, or clean gently used, coats are in the Clinic, Hospital, and Care Center lobbies. Coats can also be dropped off at local schools and the Lovell Area Chamber of Commerce where the coats will be available for pick up for those in need of a winter coat from 9:00 - 1:00 Monday - Friday.

Quality AwardNorth Big Horn Hospital District was recently recognized with a 2022 Performance Leadership Award for excellence in Quality and Patient Perspectives by The Chartis Center for Rural Health. These awards honor top quartile performance (e.g., 75th percentile or above) among rural hospitals.
Centralized RegistrationDuring the construction of our new Emergency Department all Outpatient Services, including Laboratory, Radiology and Therapies should register at North Big Horn Hospital Clinic. The parking lot can be accessed from Nevada Avenue.

Wyoming Health FairsNorth Big Horn Hospital and Wyoming Health Fairs offer monthly blood draws in Lovell. The draws are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 at the Lovell Community. Draws will be on the 1st Thursday following the 2nd Tuesday of each month. January 12, February 16, March 16, April 13, May 11, June 15, July 13, August 10, September 14, October 12, November 16, and December 14, 2023. Infusion ServicesChemotherapy, biotherapy and other services are offered from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday in Lovell. Contact an Infusion Services nurse at 307 548-5685 for more information. Chemotherapy provided by those who know you.
Sleep StudiesOur sleep lab in Lovell can often perform a sleep study within a few weeks of your referral. Contact your healthcare provider to discuss if a sleep study could benefit you. Or contact our sleep lab at 307 548-5238.

Diabetes Support GroupMeets the second Tuesday of the month at 1:00 p.m. at the Lovell Senior Center. The 2023 dates are: January 10, February 14, March 14, April 11, May 9, June 13, July 11, August 8, September 12, October 10, November 14, and December 12.
