UPL Operations Consultant
This position will assist the CEO and CFO in managing operations of UPL partner facilities.

The position will require frequent travel and the ability to work remotely.

Required: Knowledge of LTC operations and leadership. Ability to foster collaborative relationship with UPL partner facilities. Develop systems and processes which support compliance of the UPL program. Ability to document activities and report relevant updates to the CEO.

Desirable: Prior experience as a nursing home administrator. Familiarity with UPL arrangements between NGSO organizations and nursing home.

Ability to receive Wyoming NHA license within 6 months of starting.
